SPG’s Quality Systems and processes include the following:

• World Class Performance - “WCP”

SPG has leveraged its core competencies and integrated its work systems and business processes to drive a continuous improvement culture at all of its printing and converting plants. This continuous improvement process is referred to as "World Class Performance"
(WCP).

WCP represents the consolidated best practices of both SPG and other global world class manufacturing companies.

SPG has deployed these WCP processes and standards at
all of its sites as a key strategy to provide a sustainable competitive cost advantage for our business.
